Doctor Doctor. Cant you see its burning burning.

On Thursday l finally decided to go to the hospital, the pain went right from my rectum up into my throat. It started on Tuesday and got progressively worse over 48 hours until l could take no more. Having trouble talking and not being able to sit down the pain was excruciating.

The doctors were amazing and l was whisked straight off to surgery were after an operation that lasted nearly two hours, a red hot poker was removed from my bum. After cooling it down in water l went and had a closer look at it, you could clearly see the words courtesy of ladbrokes micro-gaming on it. Yes l had been shafted good and proper, just when l thought l was walking on water the good old poker gods came down and gave me a real good rogering.

On the left is the poker that was removed from my bum.

I only cashed in one game on Tuesday and the beats just got worse and worse throughout the day, so bad in fact l stopped playing at seven in the evening. I would be sitting at the computer and shaking my head, not aware l was doing it till the missus asked me if l was alright.

My balance was down to £210.12. All the good work was unfolding before my eyes.

Wednesday was no better and my game was going to pieces, l was playing well despite some mad calls but l was getting no luck at all. I managed to cash in a few games and got the balance back up to £221.56 but once again it was an early night and l closed down ladbrokes at 10.00 and decided to go to bed and take my frustration out on the missus.

Of course l don't expect to win everyday, l have said that before and it is a case of taking the good with the bad, but its amazing how things can change so quickly, from being high on confidence, l was even starting to doubt the wisdom of raising in pots as no matter how much l raised it would be called and the other person would hit. My over bets were being called by queen ten soooooooted and not only hitting but giving them a full house.

I was moving from one game to another at a remarkable rate of knots even my music was not helping me. Then its like you manage to cash in one game and then another and you seem to get back on track until you meet another obstacle that gets in the way. Not sure how long l will have to wait for that but all l know is we have just gone through the tunnel and come out the other side and we are still running.

My balance is £247.56
